Built by an operator, not a vendor

The story, in short

I'm Gus Skarlis. I've been building software for 25 years, and for the last stretch of that, working deep in AI.

This platform started as an internal tool. My own businesses needed a CRM that was multi-tenant from day one, had AI woven through the data model rather than bolted on the side, and came with a real growth engine wired in — lead sourcing, verification and outreach, not just a contact list. Nothing on the market did all of that without renting it by the seat, so we built it.

It worked well enough that other businesses asked to use it. So it became a product — and because the people asking wanted to own their pipeline rather than pay for it forever, it became a product you buy once and keep.

Alongside the platform I run an AI consulting practice, working with enterprise clients on AI implementations and strategy. That's where the AI Developer and the agents inside the platform come from: the same patterns, applied to a codebase I control.
