Privacy Policy
Effective September 23, 2026. This policy explains what we collect when you visit crm.gusskarlis.com, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data.
1. Who we are
Push Button Inc.(“we”, “us”) operates the marketing website at crm.gusskarlis.com. This site exists to explain the platform, which is sold as a one-time source-code license with optional installation, support and managed hosting. We do not operate a SaaS product on this site: there are no user accounts, no logins, and no customer CRM data stored here.
2. What we collect
We collect a limited amount of information through four channels:
- Site analytics and ad tracking. Pages you visit, how you got here (referrer / campaign), your approximate location (country / region), device type, browser, and conversion events. This is collected by the third-party tools listed in section 5.
- The free sample-leads form. If you request sample leads, we collect your name, work email, company, what you sell and your target market, plus anything else you type into the form.
- Bookings and purchases. If you book a call, the third-party booking tool collects your name, email and any details you provide. If you make a purchase, Stripe collects your billing information and, where you opt in to managed hosting, the payment method for that subscription.
- Cookies and similar technologies. See section 6 below.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and the site is not directed at children.
3. How we use it
- To understand which pages and content are useful.
- To improve site performance, navigation and clarity.
- To follow up on sample-lead requests and calls you book, and to deliver the platform if you purchase it.
- To run advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta and to measure their effectiveness.
- To comply with legal obligations and to defend against fraud.
4. Legal basis (EEA / UK visitors)
For visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal data under the following legal bases:
- Legitimate interest for site analytics, security, and direct communication with you about a sample-leads request, a meeting or a purchase.
- Consent for advertising cookies and pixels (Meta) where required by law.
- Contract when we need information to deliver a product or service you have purchased.
5. Third-party services we use
We rely on a small set of well-known service providers. Each has its own privacy policy that governs how it handles data we share:
Hosting and content delivery for this site. Vercel processes request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) to serve pages and keep the site up.
Conversion tracking and audience building for Meta (Facebook / Instagram) ads, including page views and purchase events.
Payment processing. Card details are entered on Stripe-hosted checkout pages and never touch our servers.
Scheduling discovery calls. The Book A Call link opens a YouCanBookMe page, which collects the information needed to confirm a meeting (name, email, time slot, optional notes).
Transactional email. If you request sample leads, we email your submission to ourselves via Resend and use it to follow up.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies (local storage, pixels) to support analytics and advertising. The specific cookies depend on the third parties listed in section 5.
You can opt out by:
- Using the cookie controls in your browser to block third-party cookies.
- Installing a tracker-blocking extension (e.g. uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger).
- Setting the “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signal in your browser. We honor these where technically feasible.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your data (“right to be forgotten”).
- Object to processing or withdraw consent at any time.
- Receive a portable copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at gus@pushbuttonai.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Data retention
Ad and analytics data is retained for as long as the providers in section 5 keep it under their default policies. Sample-lead requests, booking and purchase records are retained for as long as needed to support the customer relationship and to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
9. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and most of our service providers process data in the United States and the European Union. When data is transferred from the EEA / UK to the US, providers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms approved by EU regulators.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our tools, business or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
