AI-powered relationship charts sound impressive until you realize your team still can't find last quarter's notes on a key account.

Coevera just dropped their 6.2 release, adding AI-generated relationship maps and smarter data management to their CRM platform. The pitch: the system learns how your contacts connect to each other and surfaces those links automatically, rather than relying on your reps to manually log every interaction and relationship thread.

If you've ever lost a deal because someone on your team didn't know that the new procurement contact used to work with your champion at a previous company — that's exactly the gap this is trying to close. The problem isn't that the data doesn't exist. It's that your current CRM buries it, ignores it, or asks a human to do the connecting work that should happen automatically.

For a mid-market ops leader who's already exhausted from duct-taping their current setup together, another AI feature announcement is easy to dismiss. Fair. But the underlying idea — that your CRM should map relationships the way your best sales rep holds them in their head — is the right problem to be solving.

The tools are finally catching up to what operators have been asking for for years; whether any given vendor actually delivers on that is a different question you'll only answer by putting real data in front of it.
