Why this is $5000

The honest version, since the price will be the first thing you question.

I spent 15+ years renting CRMs before I built this one. They all let me down in the same ways — features built for the demo not the workflow, per-seat invoices that grew every quarter, roadmap decisions made for somebody else's business. So I built the CRM I actually wanted to use, ran my agency on it, and for a stretch sold it as SaaS to other operators.

Then two things shifted at the same time.

AI got good enough that an operator with the source code and Claude Code can extend their own software without a dev team. That's the only reason SaaS won the last decade — owning code meant maintaining code, and maintaining code meant engineers most operators couldn't afford. AI removes that constraint. Ownership is finally on the table for operators, not just enterprises.

And I shifted full-time to my AI consulting firm, PushButtonAI, because helping operators put AI to work in real businesses is where the next chapter goes for me.

Releasing the source fits both shifts. Operators get to own a real CRM instead of renting one. I close the SaaS chapter cleanly. Nobody gets stranded on a half-supported platform.

Why $5000 instead of $50,000?

Two reasons.

First, I'm not running this as a venture business anymore. Enterprise sales cycles and multi-year support contracts require a team and a roadmap I'm not building. Selling the source for $5000 closes the chapter cleanly — you own it, I'm out, neither of us has obligations beyond the 30-day warranty.

Second, $5000 lets buyers self-select. The right buyer already feels the SaaS pain — the per-seat creep, the roadmap they can't influence, the platform decisions made for someone else's business. If you've ever opened your monthly software bill and winced, you understand the math instantly.

What you should look at before buying

The demo videos walk through the actual product running. If you want to see architecture or ask technical questions, book a 20-minute call and I'll show you whatever you want to see. The 30-day code warranty covers platform bugs in the delivered source.

What's not included at this price

Hand-installation, white-glove onboarding, and ongoing support aren't part of the $5000 — those are available separately as hire blocks or managed hosting. What you get is the full source, the install documentation, the database, the AI Developer agent, the mobile app source, and access to the same private repo my team works in. That's the trade.
