Code Warranty
Code warranty

30 days of “if it breaks, we fix it”

Most source-code sales are “as-is, good luck.” This isn't one of them. Every copy ships with a 30-day warranty on the code we deliver — if a bug in the delivered source surfaces in that window, we fix it. Aggregate liability is capped at the purchase price actually paid.

  • Mature code — running in production for years, not a fresh prototype
  • Covers platform bugs, broken integrations, and setup issues
  • Known gotchas already documented — no hidden landmines
  • Warranty starts the day you accept the GitHub repo invite

Why mature code matters

You're not a beta tester.

A lot of source-code sales are really just a prototype with a price tag. This isn't. This codebase has been running in production for years — the sharp edges have already been filed off, and we know exactly where the remaining gotchas are because we've hit them.

  • Running in production across multiple agencies and industries
  • Multi-tenant from day one — not retrofitted
  • Every major integration tested against real SendGrid, Twilio, Nylas, and Anthropic accounts
  • Known edge cases documented in the repo, not buried in a Slack thread
  • The hard bugs have already been found — by someone else, on someone else's dime

What the warranty covers

Clear on both sides of the line.

A 'warranty' is worthless if you can't tell what's in and what's out. Here's the exact split.

Covered

  • Platform bugs in the delivered code
  • Broken integrations (SendGrid, Twilio, Nylas, Anthropic, etc.) if they worked at delivery
  • Reproducible defects in the delivered source code
  • Database migration or seed issues
  • Security patches for vulnerabilities present in the delivered code
  • Cron and background-job failures that weren't caused by upstream changes

Not covered

  • New features or customizations you (or your team) add after delivery
  • Third-party API breaking changes after delivery (e.g. Twilio deprecates an endpoint)
  • Upstream dependency updates (PHP, MySQL, Docker) you apply yourself
  • Infrastructure issues on your own servers after we hand them off
  • User error, accidental data loss, or unauthorized access

After 30 days

You own the code. Forever.

The AI Developer is always there

Every install ships with the AI Developer panel. Thirty days or not, you can fix, extend, and rebuild anything without us.

Extended maintenance, optional

If you'd rather have us on standby, an optional maintenance plan extends coverage and gives you priority access to us.

Or just own and run it

Most buyers do exactly this. You get the full source, it runs on your infrastructure, and nothing is keeping you tied to us.
