Nylas integration
Reps connect Gmail, Microsoft 365, Yahoo or AOL through their own connection. The CRM then sends as them, pulls their email and contacts in, and puts their calendar events on the in-app calendar. Admins add the OAuth app once; each rep connects from their profile.
