Veeva just posted strong Q1 FY2027 numbers, and buried in the announcement is something worth paying attention to: their Vault CRM now includes an "Agentic Call Report" that auto-generates rep activity summaries after sales calls. Paired with conversational AI on brand websites, the pitch is that biopharma teams can capture and act on customer interactions without the manual logging that kills rep adoption everywhere.
